At NextPrepBD, we maintain clear guidelines for billing. Most of our academic materials are digital products delivered instantly through our platform.
Usage Note: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered "consumed." Refunds for consumed digital materials are generally not provided.
For eligible premium courses, a refund request can be initiated within a 72-hour window after purchase.
