Tree plantation means planting trees in large numbers to make our environment green and healthy. Trees are very important for life on Earth. They give us oxygen to breathe and absorb carbon dioxide from the air. Without trees, humans and animals cannot survive. Trees also provide us with food, wood, medicine, and shade. They help to keep the temperature cool and reduce pollution. Today, the world is facing serious problems like global warming and climate change. One of the main reasons is the indiscriminately cutting down of trees, which is called deforestation. According to global reports, millions of hectares of forest are lost every year. It is also said that forests cover about 30% of the Earth’s land, but this area is decreasing day by day. This is harmful for the environment and for all living beings. Tree plantation is a simple and effective way to solve many of these problems. Trees help to control floods, prevent soil erosion, and increase rainfall. They also provide shelter for birds and animals. A place with more trees is cleaner, cooler, and more beautiful. Continue Learning?
