Subject: Prayer for changing elective subject.

Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class IX in your school. I recently took admission in your respected school and selected Agriculture as my elective subject. Unfortunately after attending some classes, I find the subject difficult to understand. I would like to change my elective subject. I want to take Home Science instead of Agriculture.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly allow me to change my elective subject.

Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that I am Afsana, a student of class IX in your school. I was recently admitted to this institution and selected Agriculture as my elective subject during admission. However, after attending several classes, I have realized that the subject is quite difficult for me to understand. Despite trying my best, I am facing problems in following the lessons properly. On the other hand, I feel that Home Science will be more suitable for me and will help me perform better in my studies. I would, therefore, request you kindly to permit me to change my elective subject from Agriculture to Home Science.
